Our Process
  • We'll begin with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your vision, event theme, color palette, and specific floral needs. This can be done in person at our studio, via phone, or through a video call. We’ll get to know each other, understand your style, and gather all the essential details about your event.

  • After the consultation, we’ll create a customized proposal that includes a mood board, floral recommendations, and an estimated budget. The proposal will outline the floral elements for each aspect of your event—centerpieces, bouquets, installations, etc. We’ll refine the design concept with your feedback to ensure everything aligns with your vision and needs.

  • Once the proposal is approved, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to finalize all design details, including the specific flowers, colors, and arrangements. In this meeting, we’ll also discuss any additional decor elements, such as candles, vases, and rental items, ensuring every detail is planned to perfection.

  • Depending on your service secured and our hands-on involvement: As the event date approaches, we’ll coordinate with your venue and any other vendors to ensure a seamless setup and execution. We’ll handle all logistics, including delivery schedules, setup times, and any special requirements. You can relax knowing that every detail is being managed by our team.

  • In the days leading up to your event, we’ll begin the floral preparation, including flower selection, arrangement creation, and final touches. Our team will work meticulously to craft each arrangement, ensuring everything is fresh and perfectly executed. If you are DIY-ing your event, we will schedule a pickup window for you to grab your items and we will have them packaged safely for their transport.

  • If your selected service includes us onsite day-of, our team will arrive at the venue to set up all floral elements, ensuring everything is in place and looks stunning. We’ll take care of all installations, table settings, and any other floral decor, making sure everything aligns with the agreed-upon design.

  • After the event, we offer optional breakdown and cleanup services, as well as options for preserving special floral arrangements. If you choose, we can also provide suggestions for donating or repurposing the flowers.

This option includes a dedicated design team, comprehensive consultations, and full setup and teardown services, ensuring a seamless and breathtaking event.

    • $10,000–$20,000 Perfect for mid-sized weddings, this service covers full floral design, including bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony arrangements, and reception centerpieces. You’ll also enjoy personalized consultations to ensure every detail aligns with your vision. This range also allows for more elaborate designs and additional floral installations.
